Access NY Health Care
One application can be used to apply for Children's Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, Medicaid, Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP), and Women, Infants and Children (WIC) nutritional programs.  

Medicaid Institute at the United Hospital Fund
UHF is “a health services research and philanthropic organization shaping positive change for the people of New York.”  Its Medicaid Institute “provides information and analysis explaining New York’s Medicaid program, with the goal of helping all stakeholders redesign, restructure and rebuild the program.”
